The Variety Brydens Lawyers Bungarribee to Bakers Creek Bash is not a race or a rally, it’s a drive in the Outback with over 300 participants. This original Aussie motoring event takes "Bashers" all around this beautiful country, exploring dirt roads, bush tracks and visiting parts of Australia most people never get to see.
Visiting schools along the way, Variety donates much-needed items and equipment enabling participants to experience firsthand how their fundraising makes a difference. The event is all about having fun in support of Aussie kids. There are always festivities along the way, from theme nights to entertainment and other activities and games on the road.
In this year's Bash, starting near the new Sydney Zoo at Bungarribee (near Blacktown), Ayonz's very own George Papacosta is participating as a Bash official and has been sponsored by the numerous brands we produce, manage and sell. Blaupunkt, Seiki, Germanica, Urbanworx and Thunda brands are all visible on George's Toyota FJ Cruiser (as seen below outside Ayonz Head Office).
We wish George all the best as he makes his way to Bakers Creek in Mackay, just over 4,465kms in travel over the 10 days, arriving next Tuesday 16th August 2022.
